How does it work
We automatically fetch all the pages on your website and show them to you. You can select which pages to include and submit. Then we start training chatbot on you content. After training you have your own chatbot that can answer anything related to your website content from you Crisp dashboard.
Do I need to provide my own OpenAI API key?
Yes, you will add your own OpenAI API key, your API key will be used to train your chatbot and for answering your customers' questions.
Is my OpenAI API key secure, how do you store it?
Yes, your API key is secure. We encrypt your OpenAI API key and store it safely in database only in encrypted form.
How does it integrate with chat providers like Crisp,Intercom, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias?
RobojinAI is already integrated with Crisp Chat. Integration with Intercom, Zendesk, Freshdesk is coming soon.
Can RobojinAI work in multiple languages?
Yes, RobojinAI supports 100+ languages including English, German, French, Japanese, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Swedish, Korean, Chinese, Portuguese etc.
Each plan has some number of pages, what is the size of a page?
Your website/knowledge base may have many webpages. If a webpage contains upto 1200 words then it will be counted as one page, if it has more words then it will be counted as multiple pages, for example if a webpage contains 2,000 words it will be counted as 2 pages, if it contains 3,000 words then it'll have 3 pages.
What type of content can we use to train the chatbot?
The chatbot can be trained using various types of content. Providing a greater amount of content can enhance the chatbot's ability to respond to inquiries more effectively.
Why a webpage having more than 1200 words is counted as multiple pages?
Because larger webpages' content is broken into smaller parts and saved in vector database separately. This has to be done to reduce the cost of OpenAI API calls because if prompt sent to OpenAI has more words then it will be more expensive for you. So to reduce the OpenAI API tokens cost, webpages content needs to broken into smaller chunks.
How chatbot is trained?
We use Open AI GPT model - GPT-3.5-turbo to train the chatbot. You'll have to provide your own OpenAI API key for training chatbot and for answering customer's questions.
